This therapy may help restore vitality and wellbeing to the body by the stimulation of reflexology points on the feet and/or hands.
As a treatment it can be extremely useful for people who are body conscious as only foot wear needs to be removed.
It is great for less mobile clients that would find it hard to get on and off a couch, as this treatment can be given to the client whilst they sit in a reclining chair.
Within our course, you will learn a routine that will cover the whole of the body and how our bodies work to correct imbalances. We cover all the relevant supporting knowledge to give you confidence to practice and hopefully inspire you to build on this wonderful therapy.
People seek reflexology for many problems, stress and trauma included. It can be for fertility issues, back problem, respiratory or digestion issues. It can be benificial for sleep issues or nervous tension.
